If this build is for 1v1 (I'm assuming you mean a Custom Game for 1v1) then why would you get a Mejai's? If you can honestly build up stacks in a 1v1 then you should have already won the game... I also agree with Dark Wind before level 5. Even just one point.

-1 because this build contradicts the title imo.

Id take at least 1 dark wind for silence and if you would take cdr glyphs and AP quints you would end up whit same cdr but 6 more AP. Just a though.

I have to agree with Diddy. Its always good to have one onf every skill, by LvL5 at the latest. I would suggest this because the silence will help keep your target from attacking you.

Fear>Drain>Dark Wind. You might not get the full effects of drain, but it will help keep them off of you

i like it! Though perhaps 1 point in dark wind just to get the skill (sometimes useful for last hitting or finishing off champs)

I use about the same build but i never thought of that stack item for it...so thx for showing me the way lol....Also fiddles FTW

I think u have a nice build , u can own in mid , cus fiddle is the best dps for me and with that spells nobody can kill u , i never tried it before .. but this is an awsome build
