I don't know if it works in mid but i tried it top a million times and it worked even against tanks also About the runes they might seem random but they work as well

Thats a Mid build, not a Toplane build. Toplane builds need to have sustain dmg in order to be able to kill Tanks, so ludens doesn't fit. Sorcery Boots and Liandrys as well as Nashors do. If you wanna play him top I suggest you to play anything but in mid it might work.
