Update:
Boots of Lucidity instead of mobility
Cap instead of zhonya's ring.
Guide:
Upgrade shatter to level 5 by level 9 then start jungling. At this time you should have boots and AAs. When you clear a jungle side then move into the lanes, heal your teammates and get a few kills with your stun. At level 15 get all 3 buff potions and rainbow it up for a couple easy kills.
Key to build:
If they are mostly autoers like tryndamere or sion then go thornmail if their mostly casters like Kass or ryze then go force of nature.
