I like the guide, as a first it's very reasonable, however I have to disagree with Stark's frevor as it's seriously pointless for Garen to have, I'd change it myself for a Guardian angel

Your desolation runes shred only armor not magic resist!.So Dermacian Justice dont benefit from it.
How about adding some more Magic resist in your main build up there?.Because most of the time you will have to face teams with mixed types of damage it would be good to show how to add more magic defence to your build.
Also is not the best possible choice since you are playing off tank as you said in your guide.Ok the Attack speed and lifesteal might look good but as an offtank you might need to swap it for an item with Resistances instead.
Also check jhoijhoi's guide about making a guide.Has helped me out greatly and it might help you as well :).

Many people vote guides wihout even bothering on supporting to make it better. The main idea is to make an offtank with enough endurance to stand there the most time possible.
I will look forward into any item that may be useful as 6th item. Also I will add the info you added about Demacian Justice. Thanks again!
