Hello! this is a really good guide i like it alot keep up the great work!
There is just one thing that bothers me, could you perhaps add more details to the items in the beginning of the guide like build order which items to get first and so because i usually just look at those and the skill level up order while im ingame since i dont have too much time to read alot stuff while im ingame :D! but otherwise best katarina guide so far ^^!

Have you considered Magic Pen quints? You're guide made me realize just how good MP runes are on Kat. Let me know, looking forward to future updates(especially in match-up section!)

Heyyo! You have a good guide but you might want to have some alternatives.
What if you're facing a enemy laner you would barely kill and have tons of burst? You need to add Abyssal Scepter as your first item then. Also your guide is uncomplete, don't post it until you finish it as it will have unnecessary downvotes. I will keep my vote until you have it completed. What is the point of getting a haunting guise if you don't upgrade it? The Liandry's Torment is the exact same item and gives the exact same stats only better. So what if it comes with free health shred DoT? Only makes you stronger and the extra 100 health could really help you out early game if you need the health
