Introduction

I know this guide appears to be completely unviable due to its high risk. No defensive items whatsoever (unless you count MS from sorc shoes or the MR from Lich Bane). Spell vamp and lifesteal isn't really survivability either. It just gives sustainability, which is different.

From all my trials with it, I've had success after success after success. Akali's level 6 damage is rather high even without items.

Runes

I chose the best runes for max damage potential. Seals aren't great for damage, however, this is for glass cannon Akali, not for cushioned Cannon Akali. Any other seals would have been either cushions or less effective than these seals.

Marks and Quints of Magic Pen are obvious choices for high damage output, as are the glyphs of AP/level.

Masteries

I maxed out on offence as nearly everything in the offence tree benefits Akali.

Items

Early Mejai's and Occult to get easy AP and AD as Akali is an Assassin and shouldn't have much trouble getting in, getting out, and staying alive. Rabadon's and Lichbane as they give Akali a massive boost in damage, Hextech as it gives her a lot more damage, as well.

Summoner Spells

Ignite and Exhaust.
Ignite as this is focusing on offense entirely great for ensuring kills and reducing healing to combat champions like Vlad, Swain, Mundo, and Fiddle.
Exhaust to make it so that any who threaten you do like no damage.

Last Little Tidbit

Try before you comment, any advice about things that would increase her damage, not survivability as that's not the reason for this build at all, would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Gunblade nerf doesn't really affect Akali too much, even though it was basically aimed at her. The damage nerfs were very minor. The only big change was the Unique Passive part and there was only one here.
