Pros
Deals Tons of Damage with your Q
A Lot of Poke
Huge Range with Mega Inferno Bomb
Mines will Slow and an Easy Bomb can be landed
The Passive will do Early game Harass

Mana Hungry
Needs Practice how the Bomb will "Dodge" or Bounce over the Minions
Really Really Squishy
Needs Very Good Positioning
Get Skills will the Satchel Charge

If your Summoner is not level 12 and your considered a "Noob" you can actually go clarity, Teleport, and Ghost. For Bot Lane Support Ziggs, get Exhuast and heal if not high enough for Clarity or Flash.

The Limits of Ziggs starts from AP Mid to Support. I tried solo top Ziggs once and it was ok.
Just using the Ult to ks makes everyone mad.... but it has huge range so abuse with it. Remeber that Ziggs is mana hungry so you should always hit your skills especially the Q. If the your Jungler comes, make sure that the Satchel Charge is ready so u have Leap for the Kill but if the other jungler is comming use the satchel to escape and run the **** away. Ziggs is really squishy.

As for Sorcerer shoes at last, you can rush it for early magic pen. But when I go Ziggs, Glass Cannon always wins the day. As for rushing Rabadons for early HUGE Damage i advise you not to do that without sustain and a handful of wards. If your set back go triple dorans and buy some wards if it is the jungler who is screwing you over. Zhonyas is when your out of position and almost dead. Your can use the Zhonyas and bait them into the middle of the ult ( the space where it does the most damage). If you can pull off that 50 Hp burst, you can kill them. As for Rod Of Ages, the early sustain from catalyst should always be upgraded for the extra AP it provides.
