This is a good point however I believe that most of your early damage will come from Reckless Swing anyway and true damage benefits nothing from Arp. Thus late game where your basic attack starts being more viable you should have enough Arp where it doesn't make a huge difference, I most certainly haven't ran any numbers on what ends up being more effective in the long run. I do know Arp runes are a great counter to Doran's Shield early game. Though 9 AD is a huge advantage for Olaf early game, Especially considering his passive. Even in a level 1 fight Olaf with 20% health attacking 80% faster 9 AD extra per attack seems quite strong. Not sure if you took his passive early game into account though. This extra AD aldo makes for easier last hitting for higher cs. Thank you for the input, however, it is appreciated.

Edit: I went and ran the numbers for this, Arp marks give 15 armor pen. 15 armor is roughly equal to 12.75% reduced damage. Meaning if Olaf does 100 damage swings and has the 9 AD marks his 109 damage attacks are reduced to 95.1025 damage just from that 15 armor. With 15 arp from runes your swings dealing 100 damage will deal that amount in full through 15 armor. This is all simply mathematically based so don't rage on it. This is just me making the point that CondoSylvam is correct in his assumption that all in all Arp marks provide a slight advantage over AD marks that increases as your damage increases. Thank you very much for the insight CondoSylvam. I will change the marks to Arp.

Good guide, but still I wouldn´t take AD marks but ArmorPen Marks.
So before asking why, here is the reason:

The Armor Penetration you get by Ragnarok and Starks is good, but you have Starks just in the late game. The Armor Penetration you get makes it much easier to make huge dmg early game, and still later it can grant you 5-10% more dmg.
This is why I always would take ArmorPen instead of AD marks.
