0-0 I think that was a little too much red.
Now, to give you constructive criticism...
First off, I would change the order in which you get items... Sheen is too powerful on her Early game and Lich Bane should be gotten right when you get some sort of AP other than Sheen/Lich Bane. The damage output is just too much to be ignored.
It is fine that you start with Doran's Ring, but be forewarned that it doesn't build into anything so, even though it gives good stats, you will have to sell it later.
Good job on getting Boots of Mobility; they are the best for her.
You shouldn't recommend Mejai's for all games. It is unreliable and forces you to either stay back and not get any kills or be in the frontlines and most likely die. The only time you should get it is if you can keep up a streak of kills or if you are pubstomping... If you die, you just lose TOO much AP for it to be worth it all the time.
You shouldn't spy unless you know NONE of them have Oracle Elixir or if you know there are NO vision wards around. You will get killed that way.
Although it seems good, and she needs a good Early Game, it isn't the best to go ALL AP runes. Magic Penetration Marks raise your damage that much more and, to stay in the lane, mana regen seals help a ton. This way, you do not run out of mana often and you can still have a good early game. AP quints and glyphs are okay.
DON'T STACK RABADON'S!!! It might seem okay, seeing as Rabadon's gives you 155 AP, not including passive, BUT the passive doesn't stack. You are better off getting a Nashor's Tooth for increased CD reduction or getting Guinsoo's. Even a Zhonya's Hourglass does more for you than stacked Rabadon's.
You don't need to go to 19 in Offense. The extra points only help AD champs and this isn't what you are going for. A simple 9/0/21 for increased CD reduction and mana regeneration will do more for your entire game.
Why would you sell Magic Penetration. It is too valuable. More Magic Penetration with AP does more than a TON of AP and no Magic Penetration.
You need more than 10 seconds if you want to gank succesfully with your stealth. One extra point will help IMMENSELY.
She is fast. Because of this, I find Ghost does more for her as she then becomes a force that cannot be beat in a footrace easily. If you like flash better though, then it is your choice.
