What to do
When u reach lvl 6, start playing aggresive.
Dont waste mana with ur E.
If possible go solo lane, then u get ur Q farmed up nicely.
When ur going against 3-4 champions put ur W on the weakest and pop ur ulti and charge in spam Q and E and u get almost all the kills :3
U can take down a turret easily with ur Q.
If ur not solo lane, go with a support, like Soraka, she can keep u up with mana and health.
Farming
Try getting as many kills as possible.
