Instead of frozen mallet you should go ryalis crystal scepter since heims not melee..
Frozen heart is also a waste, you shouldnt be close enough to your enemies for its aura to effect them and your ulti+golem buff caps CD reduction. Archangels staff be a much better option

Why not the magic penetration in the offensive tier? You do have 2 nukes.
