I think that your build is kinda ok... Yeah sure you can get pentakill if your team allows it. I wonder if that Shen was about to Vorpalize someone.. But anyways good job with that build, works splendidly.

Moonflair Spellblade is good, but i prefer Quicksilver Sash

i have played 70 ranked games with rumble, won 51 of them, i have almost everygame full 20 stacks :)

Solo lane is the best for rumble and max Electro-Harpoon first is the best choice, agree

btw
3 suggestion:
mejai is not the most safe choice for ranked game(I consider it an optional item)
I prefere buil Sorcerer's Shoes and buy a Moonflair Spellblade if I have problem with CC
I play rumble with Healt or dodge Seal and CDR glyph.
