It never crossed my mind to get Nashor's Tooth but it does help with CDR, AS and ability power for her W. Seems noteworthy to get for Fiora.

I'd still say build Merc > Beserkers because it's not the MR that you need but the tenacity to reduce stuns because a simple stun can shut down Fiora quite easily. The AS is great with Beserkers but you don't need it because of her E.

You realise stacking AS completely destroys the point of her E right?
The AS cap is 2.500.
