Although its description is really short and doesn't have any explanation on how to fight, etc, the build itself is good.
I started using that when I started playing Irealia, and I was sucessfull.
Later, I ended up personalizing it a bit, and changed Stark's Fervor to Malady (AS/AP and burst damage) and talents to a 21/9/0, with dodge chance. More survability =)
