For your runes just get whatever you want, Leona is so op it doesn't really matter.

For masteries you want to get ap and utility.

When playing Leona you want to get full ap.
Dont worry about any defensive items...in fact try to have as little armor as possible because no armor = naked = 'radiant dawn'.
