Summoner spells: Flash+Teleport OR Ghost+Teleport. With enough patience, getting Q/lifestealing off minions should make up for ignite.
Ability Sequence: Spirit Fire took too much mana and pushes the lane from Nasus. 70 mana is just rediculous for pushing the lane. You are better off spending the 10 extra mana from wither to shut down the enemies attack speed/movement speed. I recommend taking one point at level 4 and maxing Q first, then W. Level ultimates at level 6, 11, 16.
Masteries: I recommend 0/9/21, 9/0/21. or 0/21/9 masteries. The objective of Nasus is to survive laning phase. Also, the lifesteal+spell vamp masteries is hard to pass.
