Kennen Passive Ability
Simple.
The order of the items depends. If you're doing well, and your team wins. Just get hexteck, then go straight for Deathcap. If the game is close, and you're feeling that your team is weak, go for hourglass. Kennen is huuuuge in teamfights, just time it right.
I've played like 1000 games with kennen, and tried all kinds of builds and masteries on him. This works best, just my opinion. This build got me to 1750 elo easy.
