I dont know why you build malady on him.... If its for attack speed to proc the phoenix get a recurve bow.... If for the lifesteal: get the stark's fervor...
Plus, the way you describe playing Udyr makes me think you are talking for low level-newbie-noob games. In any other it wont work....Hell, i dont even think it will work in newbies games either.
and IF you were going to get tiger. wouldnt you want to get phage/frozen mallet sooner?
AND with turtle and phoenix i would assume you would have some ap items, but your only ap item is sheen?
