Hello everyone, this guide will explain how to effectively raise ranked elo.
Please note that the guide above was not meant to be used and that it is simply there.

Before The Queue

Before you join the Queue make sure that you have everything you need and all of your things set up, masteries, runes, and water is usually what I have before going into Queue

Also get the proper mindset going on, after you get in game and an enemy gets a double kill or 5/0 by 15 minutes or whatever the case, don't give up the second you give up is the second you lose, never give up because you always have a chance to win.

In Champion Select

Some players may only be able to play 1 or 2 champions, and they will most likely say something like "Graves Bot or AFK" or "Graves Bot or I feed" (in most cases that's what happens to me when I get someone like this).

When and if you get someone like this, let them play that champion they may be very good with them or be bad, and yet worse with other champions. Do not leave if you get someone like this because you will lose 10 elo, which is very important after you've played around 200 ranked games because you will only earn about 10 elo per win.

Most of the time people will call whatever lane they want, if you can only play 1 champion or lane then be sure to tell your team mates that and maybe they can give you the lane/champion.

Note that most of the time people won't get what they want but you have to make do with what you get, if you're someone good in all the lanes, or almost all champions, then you can fill in whatever role is left at the end.

If you get first pick ask your team if any of them want first pick (support is usually best for first pick so opponents cant counter) and trade them at the last 30 seconds.

Counter Picks

Counter picking is essential to winning ranked games, Click Here to use a counter pick site, this site was not made by me or anyone I know and I don't take any credit for this.

I found that most of the counter picks on that site are quite accurate so use those to quickly counter someone you're going to lane against.

Priorities

In game is a very simple part to winning ranked games, below I will list your priorities in game, 1 = top priority, 5 = least priority

1)Map Awareness / Warding (Support)
1)Don't Feed
1)Initiate Fights(Tank)
1)Positioning (AD Ranged / Caster) Mostly
1)Target The Correct Champion
2)Baron / Dragon (Steal / Kill)
2)Farm
2)Gank (Jungler)
3)Counter Jungle / Harass (AD Ranged)

Gameplay

Your basic goal in game is to Farm, and don't feed, as long as your team doesn't have to worry about 1 lane fed you're doing a good job.

Play smart and don't trade kills unless it's worth it for example 1 kill / assist for 1 death.

Help your team out, don't just farm all game, farm is very important but not when the whole enemy team is rushing mid!
