I would definitely buy Nashor's tooth first : It gives AS (which I agree is core when you max E first) and AP that you will need soon to secure your minions last hits. With this you should not anymore miss a minion.
Then I'll go guinsoos rageblade which is good with your E (attack spped and more AP) and even your Q since it gives AD.
Ok with Wits Ends (still AS and some resistance and lower ennemy MR).
BOTRK why not but the life steal of it wont be great steal your E is based on AP. But it has attack speed, AD and a good active so why not.
Hurricane... If you really need more AS take Zephyr instead you get some extra AD and CDR which is important also : CDR from Zephyr and Nashor allow you to have almost alaways have your E active. Also it gives you Tenacity that are not provided by the boots.

Thoses are just suggestions for an hbrid build though Kayle is more AP efficient IMO.

I could accept some items, but not Runaan's Hurricane, it is a bad item for Kayle. This item gives nothing but Attack Speed and the split-shot passive is unreliable, the additional targets must be within 150 range of the initial target to trigger it.
