Pretty much i would recommend this build if 1. You lock MF and your team picks more AD champions than you want or 2. It fits well with your team composition or 3. Your just messing around a bit or 4. You get good at the concepts of it (achievable) and are able to decimate your unsuspecting foes. I find it quite funny when they see you as an AD carry and start building Bloodthirsters :). This build does fantastic damage though only when you are free casting, it falls apart a bit if you are required to run around and if you get focused and therefore you must be very cautious when you use this build.
