I don't see this build achieving much by running around at super-speed, except for laughs.

Also, the Deus Ex reference is really minimal.

Read my blurb about changing Viktor's core build. This guide isn't meant to make the most out of Viktor. It's meant as a guide for screwing around with augment: power.

If you want the most out of Viktor you build possibly an early game Doran's Ring, Sorc Boots, Rabadon's, Augment: Death and Rylai's Crystal Scepter. This isn't the guide for that. This is the guide for GOING FAST.

I must inform you as a frequent Viktor player, he really needs mana. I recomend a Rod of Ages very early and also CDR for his death ray is amazing so I also recommend a morellonimicon or another cdr item with ap. otherwise, looks good! I never thought about using boots of swiftness, seeing as he's uber slow lol.
