i choose these runes cause i noticed that viktor is an endgame champ. well its easy cause his item that he starts with gives him 3 ap per level i tryd doing the math with the runes plus st*** gives u like 150 ap end game.

this build viktor is weak at the begining so farm up. dont worry. people usualy stack ap runes to do alot of damage. but with this build u will be there equals at level 4. at level 4 i had 41 ap. thats double that i started with. so dont harrass to much tell u know u are stong enough. one game i never had to recall for health items or mana. and i got kills. id game try to get ur augment before trying to kill. try not to leave ur lane tomuch. at this point it will be hard for u to get a kill without useing ur ulty. so try not leave lane unless u need to.
ok its end game u should atleast have ur cap. as a reminder viktor is easy to kill so u might need 2 get some health or armor depending on ur team. u should be manageing alot of damage. when u get ur full build or near it. u will see that ur ap in almost at 1000. games for me have only lasted so long. ive made it up 2 837 ap. and i needed one more item.
