Greater Mark of Alacrity: Helps with taking down minions faster and reducing the cooldown of Twin Bite.Greater Mark of Desolation: Bypass armor to do more damage YAY!Greater Seal of Resilience: Increased durability while jungling and helps in ganks and team fights some as well.Greater Glyph of Focus: Self explanatory but for people who don't know helps reduce cooldowns for all skills which in effect makes it so you can use them more.Greater Quint of Alacrity: Helps with taking down minions faster and reducing the cooldown of Twin Bite even further.
Jungling

and X3 or X5 depends on if yea want to save some gold to get Madred's Razors early for faster jungling.
