Sup guys, here to bring you my poppy builds. Poppy is an amazing character, with Boots of Swiftness, Trinity Force and her Paragon of Demacia, she can go for around 517 ms. I've seen her AD build deal nearly 900 to a squishy. These builds all share the same summoner spells, skill sequence, and starting item.

Attack Damage
Pretty standard damage runes, Armor Penetration marks and quints and I personally like the mana regen per 5, you can gladly switch out for dodge runes.

Ability Power
Again, standard caster runes, Magic Pen marks and quints. See above for explanation on the seals and glyphs.

Off-tank
These are my default tank runes and they give me a little extra ooopmh, so it helps.

Attack Damage
Trinty Force (or something similar) is a MUST in ANY Poppy build, it just gives her so many great stats. 4 Bloodthirsters gets you 100% lifesteal, imagine dealing 400 damage normal attacks, that's a lot of life. As they say, a good offense is the perfect defense right?

Ability Power
Again, you NEED something like Trinty Force, Lich Bane will do the job! In compensation from losing the slow from Trinity Force, we get the slow + damage from Hextech Gunblade! This build also gives a little defense with Abyssal Scepter and Zhonya's Hourglass, so yayy~

Off-tank
Trinity Force is a must have, I got this idea from DuffTime and his Trinity Tanks idea, please go support him! Get Aegis for the early game boost and sell it end game for Force of Nature.
