Intro
Basically, this is a tank build based off of the Champion spotlight build, which I thought worked nicely but needed some tweaking. This is a tank, and as such you should be laning with other champions, so that your hemoplague has a bigger impact if for no other reason. You can solo with this build, but then some of your abilities don't come into full fruition, like the slows for instance. But, due to the large amount of health and fast late game regen, you should be able to do just fine on your own.
Spirit Visage: This item is one I decided to keep, because it's a good early game item, which was a big problem with my Vlad previous build, and its ability greatly increases Vlad's potential. Every time you heal, you get another 20% of your health, that includes the Summoner spell and all of Vlad's abilities. This makes it much harder to take Vlad down, and as a nice aside, it brings the cooldown on your Sanguine Pool down to a (almost) even ten seconds.
Sorcerer's Shoes: I feel that every build should have some speed, and this makes you do more damage, so why not?
Ryali's Crystal Scepter: Health, slow, no mana bonus. What's not to like?
More to come!
