Ok, on a superficial glance I have some issues with this:

Your healer versus non healer list is inaccurate (janna is a healer, whereas karma isn't. Unless you mean healing in general, then Nunu & Willump is also a healer) and doesn't really portray the triad (or occasionally tetrad) of support types: you have poke, hard-engagers and sustainers. A few people - even at high elos - might also play bruisers/assassins as supports.

What I want to say is that the division doesn't make any real sense. Also the items on "build order", even despite the Heart of Gold, aren't contributing towards clarity. I'd remove everything and just get a sighstone there, or nothing at all;
There is literally no coding in your guide. Mobafire sports and suggests various BBCode guides that can help you turn your walls of text into something soft for the reader's eyes;
I cannot read so much text which is a problem. I started this with the intentions of reviewing content, but just words gives me nothing. You need item suggestions, matchups, warding spots, ...
