yup. this is it. I was mediocre prior to this one and now I am like 10/2/3 or better.
Alas! for my noob-feeder teams. bad luck of the draw lately.

since sheen only procs with the BASE AD i like the no TF idea. While its a good item midgame its better to have an ie + Youmuu's for late midgame or lategame.
