thank you for the tip :) i have now changed the mysteries to good hands rather than perseverance. as for CDR i still believe that cass doesn't really need any however you might be right where i should at least get CDR boots if anything. however as a sustained damage mage i often find myself with blue buff (27%cdr if memory serves) i have also added a section in the items department on obtaining additional CDR.

I really like the guide, but one thing about the build that I think it is lacking in the CDR department. And I also think that flat ap quints are better than scaling ones. Also, good hands is a better mastery than perseverence, so you may want to change that.

The rest is pretty good though so +1
