Well...those people who try and do an AD Janna build are kinda stupid because the key to Janna is using her shield to increase her AD and her gale and zephyr to knock up/slow down them enough to kill them. Therefore you need to enough cool down and mana to support this. Manamune is good for this. Frozen heart gives you more mana which equals more AD with manamune along with CD and more sustainability
