Btw you should put in a chapter about counter warding 2nd blue dragon for the enemy team if your team has the bottom nexus. If your team manage to get control over all blue buffs your in for a treat ;) snowballing!

Just WOW... I was about to make my own Janna guide but yours is very complete and awesome. Pretty similar to my idea to be 100% support no ks even the minions, etc.

To answer about what you say :

-About Smart Casting : Hahah, I know exactly what you mean ! But when you play Janna, you don't panic :D 'Cuz you KNOW that you'll be able to save and help your friend, so just move the mouse quietly behind your friend and.... HIT Q LIKE A MADMAN ! :D Works everytime haha :D I also find it pretty usefull, cuz you just have to hover your mouse always on your mate, and just hit E. You'll never miss a shield =D

-About Mobility Boots well... I know that sometimes, when a friend was like "Shiiiielllldddd meeee" I had to answer "On CD !!!" but... I'm SO used to Mobility Boots ! I tried the other ones, but... It's like being used to drive an Aston Martin and then having to drive an old Peugeot, you know what I mean ? With these boots, added to my passive and Zephyr I'm extremely fast, meaning that : I can't be chased, and especially, that I can be ANYWHERE at ANYTIME, and that is absolutely awesome. Okay, early game when you stay in lane, it's not really important. But, you can back more often to get wards if the one you used faded, and be back in the lane before you AD had time to notice you left !
I'll try the Ionian Boots of Lucidity today or tomorrow, and I'll see if I like it. But I'm not sure I'l like... Not saying that's it's not a viable choice, cuz' it's actually a GOOD choice, it's just that it may not be adapted on the way I'm used to play her :P

-About the Greater Quintessence of Gold well... Gotta say I never even thought about these runes, I totally forgot they existed ! And i'm gonna add em right away in a new section #Other Runes you may consider, because you are right, having more Gold per Sec can be really good, especially if like me you don't build Heart of Gold !

Ok, this is by far the best Janna guide I have seen in a long time. (I don't remember the top one anymore and won't check it because I'm lazy.) You cover pretty much every aspect of gameplay, especially the Tips & Tricks section is very useful for people like me who completely forgot the quick self cast option :D Also I'm quite scared of using quick cast options because I sometimes have trouble following where my mouse is when I panic :D But I think encouraged by you, I'll try to learn it.
I haven't played Janna as much as other supports recently, but I think I'll start playing her more after reading this. I have a suggestion though, I don't think Mobility Boots are the best option for Janna who is extremely mobile anyway so I don't think she needs that as much as early CDR from Ionian Boots of Lucidity. I know you've added these into the optional choices, but I still maybe the Boots of Mobility should be optional choice instead. I'm going to try out the Boots of Mobility for you and play with your item build.

The warding section is nice, because you have the more detailed pics :) I wish I could take proper screenshots from my games, but I don't know where the game saves all screenshots - still haven't found them after searching for multiple times. -.-

About runes, have you considered using Greater Quintessence of Gold in the support rune page? I know HP is important, but gold income could prove more useful since masteries provide you a bit of extra HP and you shouldn't be taking hits from enemies as Janna.

It seems I can't comment shortly and efficiently and I just have to write a novel when I just intended to say that this guide is MARVELOUS. I absolutely love it. ^.^ It's fun and it's nice you made sections by yourself rather than using the premade model of the guide builder.
