Introduction
I usually Have good score on him
I never build him as Full Dps I always build him as Off-Tank/Hybrid Tank and Full Tank
and Let's see what do you think with my Build
Off and Full Tank build
Left Build - Off Tank AR
This Build I use only when Enemy Team have 3 - 5 AD Champion
Because This build have Really low Magic resist
Mid Build - Full tank
This build I use when my team really need TANK i mean When team have 3 - 4 squishy
Because By This build you are Really Good Tank and good survivability
You can have do Enough damage with Sunfire Cape + Thornmail + Jarvan's Ability
(For Full tank)
Right Build - Off tank MR
This Build I use only when Enemy Team have 3 - 5 AP Champion
Because This build have Really low Armor
Runes
Armor Pen. for basic ATK
Mana Reg. Jarvan have really really big mana problem
CoolDownRed. for all skill and more important for Demacian Standard and the most important is Ulti
