Introduction
This build will work as solo top (farming extremely easy with his passive) bot( just sit in bush and do your E+Q, i always play very aggressive at bot) or jungle with smite.
early/mid/late game u will do sick damage and as well be tanky.
jarvan is extremely good at begin the fight. Q+E and knock everyone up and do your ult and let the rest of your team do the rest.
