Jarvan IV Is One The Best Champs For Solo Top.
In My Opinion He Is Best Played As Tank Or Off Tank.
In This Guide I Will Be Teaching You How To Play Him As Off Tank.

The Runes Are Maybe A Bit Strange,But For Off Tank Jarvan,They Are Perfect.
Almost All Good Solo Top Champs Are Attack Damage And Tanky,So We Have A Mix of Armor Penetration, Damage And Armor Runes.And some Magic Resist Runes.All Good VS AD Top Champ.

Since We Will Play Him As A Off-Tank,I Choosed 9/21/0 Masteries,Taking Armor Penetration In Offense,And Damage Reduction in Defense.

[*] The Frozen Mallet[*] Is One Of The Core Items Of A Solo Top Champ,It Gives You Health,A Bit Of Attack Damage,And A 40% Slow On Every Attack You Make On The Target.

Usualy,I Would Take [*] Atma's Impaler[*] Before [*] Maw of Malmortius[*] But Since We Get Armor From Jarvan's Demacian Standard,I Think It's Better To Get Maw Of Malmortius First,And Then Atma's.

After You Get The Item's Above,Next In Line Is Warmog's Armor.It Will Give U Massive Health And It will Give You Attack Damage Because Of Atma's Impaler,And Because You Will Sustain More In Battle's,It's A Good Combo With Maw Of Malmortius,Because The Less Health You Have,The More Damage You Deal.

And For Last Item, The Guardian Angel,It gives You Armor, Magic Resist, And Revive's You If You Die.Adding This Item Will Also Help You Deal More Damage With Maw Of Malmortius,Because You Will Sustain More In Battle's.
