Jarvan IV is a beefy dps that has great potential damage as well as being a bit tanky.
I will delve deeper into the details below!
Pros | Cons~
-Massive Potential Damage
-Good Survivability (Warmogs|Bloodthirster|Atmas)
-Amazing Ultimate for trapping | initiation
-Great range without having to auto-attack
-Great Passive and Team Buffer
-Strong all around game
-Able to flash without the spell
-Shield that slows!?
Cons
-His ultimate is iffy, don't mess around and you shouldn't screw your team over.
-Blue Buff Reliant
