Introduction
Thanks guys, and I hope you all enjoy trying this build (if you do)!
Roughhouse
Jarven is a very powerful character, if used correctly. He jumps into fights, finishing off any wounded champions, which is how I like to play. I jump into (primarily team fights) and go for the weakened or just weak champions first. Cataclysm is a perfect skill to get in close distance of those pesky ranged buggers. Jarven is a great character to play, but he is very slow. Do not forget that if you place down your Demacian Standard and then Dragon Strike towards it, Jarven will pull himself towards the flag, knocking up anyone in his way. These two skills, are perfect for those ambush attks along with your teammates.
Ghost and Clarity will get you into or out of the fight with a full mana bar, especially if you spam the skills, Dragon Strike is especially useful to spam when you dont have a ranged to help you keep champions away while you farm. And since Jarven is naturally slow, Ghost can help you out of those sticky situations. But, like I said before, feel free to go with any summoner spells your most comfortable with, to me, all of them have their advantages.
Jarven is a character that will usually fight to the point of dying, then back away right before death, this is why I like to use Maw of Malmortius, as your health decreases, your attk increases. This is useful when your in those dire situations in team fights, every point of dmg matters. The health from Frozen Mallet and Randiun's Omen allow Atma's Impaler to help with extra dmg. Note: Jarven (the way this build is) is not built to be a tank, just a character who does burst dmg, and interrupts team fights.
The way I play Jarven is crucial with teamwork, try not to enclose your dying teammates with Cataclsym (which is what I have done in the past, to my own brother, Sorry Bro!), I try to stop chases and stop fleeing enemies as well. Try and get a good communication between your teammates because then you can set up awesome ganks where you jump out of nowhere and hold key targets still while you and your team focus them down.
