ShacoTheHatter, the sheen goes into a lichbane. The dodge first has to be done for survivability, in 5's. If youre in a threes, then empower>leapstrike.

Hmm decent build, you're missing an item, like sheen doesnt go into anything. And you want to Max empower first, you can spam it when you're fighting. Unless maybe you're up against and all ad team then id max counter strike first, but honestly one point should be fine..but yeah with empower maxed first youll have more burst.

Item build is good!
Just a quick note, most people, such as myself, prefer to be able to harass and zone enemies out of the lane as jax, leaving them as little to no threat in the laning phase. This would mean maxing leap strike first.

Pros:
-Being able to zone enemy champions out of the lane
-Combine with empower for crazy damage output
-Awesome harassing capabilities
-Being able to induce psychological fear due to the above mentioned. (Like suddenly jumping out of a bush)

Cons:
-Less dodge chance
-Less survivability

I'm not saying you should change everything just because of this, but maybe take it into consideration?
