I'm Erotic Cakefish, a Diamond 1 ADC who started in ranked in August of 2013.

I went from Bronze 2 to Diamond 3 in roughly 3 months, and through the Pre-Season I've hit Diamond 1.

I want to show you my guide for IMO the best SoloQ ADC right now, and It'll be short and sweet.

Ok, let me explain.

Dorans + Pot Start. Always, boots or anything else and you will lose lane.

Second Back: I generally have enough for BF + boots.
You'll have enough for BF at ~50 cs.
If I find I don't have enough I generally wait for it/go back to lane to get that extra 100-200.

If your getting tons of kills, go ahead and put off on the boots until you finish BT. (Not recommended, but I do it for more lane dominance)

Then go Blood Thirster and Finish your Tier 2 boots.

PD/Stattik Shiv is debatable, I prefer PD for the raw stats, as for the most part your going to be doing massive single target damage and accentuating that is what I find works best on jinx. It's all on preference, but IMO PD>Shiv any day.

This is when you take a look at their team, are they tanky w/ armor? Are they squishy as hell? Are they stacking HP? Are they fed?

If they have 2 or more people with armor I go LW. If not then IE, then LW.

6th Item can be anything that suits your needs.
Are you getting insta-bursted? Try G.A. and fix your positioning.
Too much CC? Go Scimitar
Is your team dominating theirs? Buy moar damage. (I do this in most cases, unless there is tons of CC)

IMO You can go 4% Lifesteal rather than 6%. I do this personally and switch it out for flat AD.

If your having trouble trading/staying alive in lane go 6.
