I haven't quite had the time to finish everything and go into detail on everything but i wrote down what is most important, so please read and enjoy. Post comments and rate as well so I know what i can do to improve on it but this build works even with the big nerf. :)

For my jungle route I start by grabbing cloth armor and 3 hp pots and head over to wraiths. Smite the big one and then spam hate spikes to kill the others attacking the one your hate spikes is focusing. Head over to mini golems and pop your fist health pot on the way to them (about when you pass by lizard). Then attack them and hate spike making sure you are attacking the one being focused by hate spikes, if needed pop another hp pot. Then head to lizard and attack the little ones you will die here but before you die make sure you have the shop open. Once you die quickly buy a red elixir and as many hp pots as you can, but make sure you finishing buying things in time to use revive!!! After you use revive run over to blue buff and activate your red pot in the bush. After attacking blue bring it over to the bush so your hate spike will always focus it, use smite on the golem to finish it off. Then kill the wolves, potting if necessary. On your way to wraiths stealth so you can stun the blue wraith to start and hate spike to kill the little ones. Then when you get to red make sure you have at least one hp pot left and at least 50% of your mana before you start. When you start it make sure you are standing behind him so your hate spikes will focus him the whole time. Now after you finish him off if you have enough health either try and do mini golems again or just go in for a gank, if you don't have enough health go back and buy either life steal or boots and some hp pots whichever you would prefer. After this jungling should be straight forward, i.e. do buffs whenever possible and gank whenever you see an opening. Getting dragon is slightly difficult for Evelynn in the early levels but you should be able to do it after you get wriggles and sheen.
