You start at blue golem. But first you go to the enemy jungle and smith the blue wraith. Then you autohit the blue golem on your jungle. When you take first damage, use your health potion, and use drain. Then you go to the wolves, wraiths, red and double golems. After the golems go gank bot. If the enemy have no jungler, go at their blue and wolves. After that you go back to the base, and buy boots and ruby cristall. (If you started with dorans ring, you dont buy Amplyfying Tome!)

When you are in the blue team, you first gank bot. In the purple team you gank first top. On the first gank you should be lvl 4. So you cant go in with your ult. So ping your team to attack one of them and focus him with your q. Then you attack him with drain and last with e. Now you should have a kill or assist and ~900 gold.

If you are lvl >6 you go in with your ult, focus the most squishi with q and drain. After drain you silence then, that they cant flash away. If they arent already dead, you can flash and use drain again.
