So far, I see three identical walls of text. Not a good start. As for your cheat sheet, you appear to be too Attack Speed centric on a Tiger build. With that build, I suggest
A. Bloodrazor first.
B. Phoenix Stance should be maxed first.
That way you can take full advantage of the attack speed.
