Being able to survive in a team fight is just as important as killing the carries. Shaco's major weakness is that in order for him to do any serious damage, he needs to be in melee range and that he is very squishy. This build still allows you to easily kill a carry and survive, UNLESS the whole team is ready and waiting with an oracle for shaco to appear and focus him. Building glass cannon on shaco only works on noob teams and pubstomping.

I will not deny that the build is slighty slower then going pure critical strike. But it's a personal preference for me.

I never once called you a noob, I just doubted your claim of being a "high level shaco player", when I hear high level, I think platinum elo related skill level, or at least involved with a professional tournament team. I still doubt you are.

Now, I "flamed" you because you decided to type this

Please don't act all shocked and hurt that I flamed you for this. ******ed comments deserve nothing less.

The last comment is understand able, and even tho you might not think it, i have been to tournaments, and the reason for my low ELO is that i recently started playing ranked, and i really don't like it 90% of all the games i've played you win due to either leavers, feeders, first time picks, no help and so on...

The glass shaco can be used for high damage, even tho you lack on survival, thats why i always pick GA in the end, since it allows some smoother escapes. I use my clone for more "defensive" uses, because the way i build him, he can decieve in, kill carry (sometimes support too) then dissappear, and if they start focus you cause you're just behind them, use clone keep on attacking untill you're afraid of dying then hopefully you should be able to get a clean escape.

The glass shaco also allows a team fight to turn into a 5v3 in a matter of seconds after the team fight starts.

I personally prefer decent damage against all enemies rather then focusing on 1 type of enemy.

My items also give me decent survivability.

Wriggles - Life Steal, Armor
Wit's End - Magic Resist
Madreds BR - Armor
Trinity Force - HP

Does this turn me into a tank? No, but it does let me survive confrontations that would kill a shaco going with a glass cannon build.

This build doesn't require a lot of armor pen. Is more armor pen bad? No, but 16 and 10% from runes and masteries is plenty with this build. Afterall my primary targets in teamfights aren't going to be tanks or high armor champs, I go for squishy carry's first, then I go for beefier targets, this build allows me to transition from killing 1 champ to another very easily, all while giving me the defenses to survive said fights.

Ï see your point in the survivability, but personal i think this is for "less skilled" shacos, since a shacos job is to enter a teamfight just like 0.01 sec after it started, then kill the carries, which normally got about 50-60 armor with no runes, masteries or anything, which means you need to get a bit more to take them down quick + if you're up against low hp targets the Bloodrazor would actually slow your killing down instead of helping, since you could get some better items against them, you normally do a Bloodrazor if 2 or more targets got much hp, the carriers will always be squshies but if you're dying to etc a lee sin or a tank whats the point being able to kill 1 enemy?

The upper part may be a little confusing, but if you only have the armor pen to kill like 1 target, etc a support taric provides tons of AOE armor to his team with items and such, then you would not be able to kill more than one enemy.

And you might consider listen to some of the response you get, instead of just defending yourself.
We tell you how you can improve your build. Im not downwoting mostly, since i rather give response and talk about it, but then you suddenly start flamming and calling me a noob ?

You're incorrect, between wit's end and madreds br, and my runes I hit 1.6, adding trinity force puts me at 1.9 (2.1 If I feel berserk greaves are viable trade in late game) is sufficient attack speed.

Adding trinity force to the build is what gives you the damage to kill squishy champs faster, but even without it! As long as you land a successful deceive backstab crit, you will kill any champ 1v1 unless they're completely built and fed. Take full advantage of your abilities as shaco and you can stomp anyone.

A high level shaco player? I seriously doubt it, not when you have barely over 200 wins. Maybe if you had 200 wins with shaco I could see it, but I main shaco, I'm quite aware of what he's capable of. I refuse to say I'm a high level shaco player because I'm not an arrogant little twit randomly spouting his opinion.

Playing both on Eu West, Nordic which means i split wins,

Then you got like no armor pen. How you wanna kill players with just a little amount of armor, i see you got attack speed, but not the needed amount, since you need to either pick "FUll damage/crit build" with high damage and less attack speed which are for squishies, og else the "bloodrazor build" which are for high hp people, since it less effective against people with low hp.

I've even tried your build, it can work fine, if you want some "decent" damage against both "tanks and offtanks" and "squshies", evne tho you should pick either a black cleaver for bloodrazor build or "Ghostblade" or Last Whisper for the trinity force build, if you try other things, which combines both the attack speed and nuke, you need atleast some armor pen.

Hey look, someone who overvalues their own opinion

Nope you just wont have the attack speed to do enough damage with bloodrazor + the crit chance or damage to do the damage with the trinity build

Yeah, more or less in consensus with what Kadun said before me. You don't seem to give much variables in the sections be it masteries or items. The only one section which does look at the optional choices is the summoner spell section but even in that one you acknowledge that Ignite is useful against certain Healing based champions yet for whatever reason still disregard it? I almost certainly pick up Ignite when against champions such as Vladmir or Fiddlesticks.

About the Masteries Section. I see little point in getting Summoner's Wrath even with taking Exhaust but that is just my own personal whim however I do see the likes of Tough Skin and Bladed Armor somewhat useless with Shaco due to his boxes mechanics within the jungle and the other trees offering more attractive tools.

First of all, i play a high lvl shaco jungler.

Second: Wrong items, i can see the point in building a Wit's End but not in your build, if you want to focus on ATS (attack speed) try building items like Starks Favor to increase damage output, from your bloodrazor, and you never build both Trinity Force and Bloodrazor, since trinity is for less HP people cause it have better nukes, and the attack speed build with bloodrazor is for high HP people.

Runes:
there is a new jungle path
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_SHpAa_Q6M
Check this, but if you like the old fashion you shouldn't get 3 attack speed marks, since armor pen is increasing damage a lot more, you can do both ATS glyph or CDR glyph, right seals +1 for that, all Quin can be used, but you should go after Armor pen with a trinity force build, since you need to have high nukes.

Masteries:
You need the crit for a trinity build when it's less needed for ATS build.
You don't need the defense build as a shaco jungler, since your abilities provides you with the survivability you need, go for utility, since +movement so good, the same goes for increased buff time, and less death (even tho you should't be dying that much)

Summoner spells:
I can see the point in using exhaust, but why not ghost, you need the mobility when you're getting attack, as you know etc. tristana will be able to keep you in combat until you can decieve and then your boots will be only a +2 boots, which in many cases can be dangerous, since you often will get focused.
