Everyone needs to understand that the dodge runes no longer exists in League of Legends. Therefore this guide needs to be updated with the changed runes. I suggest maybe Flat Armour seals.

There are no changes to Skarner's early jungle. The mana fix on Crystal Slash should make it easier to jungle after level 5, which is after the second blue. Skarner can probably give up the third blue and on very comfortably with the changes.

As for Gunblade, the nerfs are minimal, aimed at reducing the effectiveness of stacking them. It's still a fantastic item on Skarner, and I highly recommend it.

Hmmmm, no Wriggles, interesting.

With the incoming nerf to Gunblade and Skarner's huge buffs (ASpd increase, flat mana costs on Crystal Slash, increased suppress duration on Impale), will there be any significant changes? What are your thoughts?

This build sounds really clever... but it sadly is not. It tries so hard, but it just doesn't work right and is too much dancing along a razor's edge. You're better off going the full Wiggle's Lantern route - while the item isn't amazing, you do get the benefit of the warding and the razors massively speed up jungling, ESPECIALLY killing dragon, which is a big deal as if you can kill dragon early it is "worth more" so to speak. The cost (having Wiggle's Lantern) is made up for by the faster jungling, so I have to recommend against this build. I've tried it more than once, and it doesn't work well enough.

He's changed his build apparently.

Because the only CDR item he has is Randuin's.

And if you're complaining about taking Randuin's Omen because of the CDR, then you're ******ed.

It's 5% CDR, and Randuin's synergizes very nicely with his Q.

Great Build, been using Skarner, he is a very team reliant hero, and if you have a team you can talk with, well it makes your life hella easy. Again, great guide, the only thing i would say is to use some more Defense runes, but that is just me. Well Good gaming.
