The last six items are optional according to how you should counter your opponents.

Jungling

You start at wolves with some dmg help, make sure your teammates DON'T pull wolves, only a little dmg at the start.
Then you go to blue with a pull from mid champ.
Then walk towards wraiths while checking map for ganking opportunitys.
Then wraiths, red, golems. But you should now how to jungle ^^ or else this will go wrong.
So the jungling start route is:

Wolves->Blue->(maybe gank)->wraiths->red/golem (depending on your hp)->golems/gank top lane. go back and buy
