Just building with speed!!!
i use phantom Dancer on WW since he heal from his attack and phantom dancer give incredeble attack speed soo i heal faster and dont have to recall at once i have low healt
Don't get Phantom Dancer just for the Attack Speed. Get Wit's End or Malady if you want AS, that is still GOOD on WW. Phantom Dancer gives critical strike, which is useless on WW because his ultimate doesn't crit. Go change your guide please, and I will consider changing my vote. So for now, -1
