pros / cons

Skilling Order
This is the "standard" way to go for me.
Still, i recommend to not follow this by 100% of the time.
Sometimes u wanna start E, depends on how safe u feel vs ur lane opponent.
if u get chunked early u can also W second for mantra some life back and be more on the safe side.
at level 4 u could take a second point into E if u feel unsafe, or just go straight for the Q max.

how to take use of ur mantra: best way to use ur mantra in lane is if u W chain ur enemy, u wanna follow up with a mantra'ed Q so he cant really get out of the 2nd proc.
if u getting low hp, mantra W ur opponent.
also remember that when teamfighting or getting low hp near jungle camps, u can back off to heal up with a mantra W on a big jungle monster, and get back to fight!
your E: very nice tool to just upfront chase for autos (the shield will sorb dmg from minion aggro as well), keep enemy in W distance, dodge skillshots, bring out that last metre for hit ur Q, save lifes, buff chasers like voli,........
use your passive: remember that autoattacks and spell hits on champions reduce ur mantra CD.
if u getting low hp, mantra W ur opponent.
