I thought about your mastery change suggestion and it does make sense. And what items would you suggest instead? I get those items and I seem to get the best results.
Ill find ways to spruce this up :)
for masteries, you should definitely get the magic penetration one. the flash cdr is not all that good. your item build is interesting, but viable items should be added. also work on your coding. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. for your runes, masteries, summoner spells sections, split that up into 3 parts.
