This build isn't really bad, but it's been done before... It's called glasscannon, but I'm not going to rate this until you've added a couple of things.

1-Summoner Spells.
2-Masteries and Items Explanation.
3-An idea of how the hell you're supposed to make it to late game with no sustain.


As a side note, I've done this but the results aren't consistent enough for me to do it every time. This build is also easily countered by someone with a force of nature and banshee's veil.
