* First way is to play it safe and buy a Dorian's ring then you get early game advantage and later on start stacking your tear of goddess.
* second way is to start with the first item in tear of goddess and get it finished as fast as possible later on getting boots, this is recommended if you know your good on countering the enemy mid camp.
