why not? she benefits more from it like this IMO. more CDR, more ability to spam summoner spells, 10 more base movespeed etc. She doesn't need more than 10 points into offense and defense is meh for a carry like yer =/

Liking it, though some more tips about giving your team tips would be nice...
cause my teams generally fail at playing together/can't really keep up with the fast play style katarina offers...

The only reason Hextech comes first is for the laning lifesteal. Otherwise (if you're doing bad) Rylai's would probably be better next.

i like you going a little more defensive than other kats go i didn't even think about how useful a banshee's veil would be at avoiding those abilities that cancel her ulti good build, but i would go after rylia's before hextech revolver

Yeah, i tried to make a few optionalities here an there but it's a pretty situational build focused around 1-2 things. Thanks for noticing that though :)
